Challenge
The system needed to cover the entire tutoring workflow — managing students and tutors, scheduling lessons across multiple cities, handling communication, attendance tracking, and invoicing. At the same time, each role (student, parent, tutor, admin) required a clear and relevant view of the data.
Solution
We designed a system using SvelteKit and Node.js with a PostgreSQL database. A role-based interface allows different users to interact with the same data from different perspectives. Automation of scheduling and invoicing significantly simplified daily operations.
Outcome
The system has been in production since 2025 and is used daily by students, tutors, and administrators. It enabled scaling the service across multiple cities and significantly reduced manual administrative work.
