Challenge
Project management and communication were split across different areas — messaging, time tracking, tasks, and kanban boards. Information wasn’t centralized, making it difficult to understand the real state of a project.
Solution
We built a unified system using React and NestJS with end-to-end TypeScript types. A kanban board with real-time updates, a client portal, and an activity log provide a single source of truth.
Outcome
Kanforge is actively used within APPMAXX. Consolidating tools significantly reduced context switching and improved visibility across all projects.
